My customer needs more images for his website for wholesale and dropship. How do we get them these?

They can download them from our site.  This can click on the image and then open the link in the new tab.  Then save the image. Our Shared image Folder  is great for this Images and logos for products    

My drop shipper wants to go through API, how do I proceed?

You will send an email to Adam with them to move this process forward. Their system must be able to work with Big Commerce API

Can my wholesale customer use a retail coupon?

No Wholesale customers get special pricing and have separate wholesale deals to retail deals.

Brand rep ID during a sale, is this adjusted accordingly or stay the same.

I am a Brand Ambassador, how do I get credit during a sale.

You can use our coupon code as usual.  When the website does a sale, they give you a special sale for your customers as well. These are the times it may be best to put the order in for your customer.

If our customer wants a remake of an item priced at $60 but want’s it extra and pay $120 how do I notify the glass crew to make to price not standard?
