If our customer wants a remake of an item priced at $60 but want’s it extra and pay $120 how do I notify the glass crew to make to price not standard?

This will be put in by a custom glass order form.  You can also always contact your sales rep to see if they feel the trello card was understood.  If you feel there needs to be more communication you can always contact Jeff.
