Is a dab out of a flavor disc pipe more or less harsh than a dab straw dab?

We feel a hit from a flavor disc is smoother.  But if a dab straw is not heated too hot, it also can deliver a smooth hit.  For on the go we feel a vape pen like the wax maxer is the way to go
