Alcohol can still work great, but it can be harsh on some minerals. We suggest using hot water and salt. If you want to add a little more power, sometimes it is nice to add 1-2 tbl spoons of alcohol 91%. Let is soak for 20 minutes to a few hours. Depending how dirty your pipe is will determine how long it must soak and if it needs to be given a second soaking.
