In order for a unit to be processed under a 3 year warranty, the customer must show proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. The only online presence that should be selling our vaporizers in the USA is 7th Floor, Vapor Nation or Namaste.
Also, If customer service encounters a website that shows our products being sold for less than required pricing, please email cusotomercare@7thfloorvapes or contact a sales team member. We will contact the seller and send a cease and desist and a requirement of pricing. Also we will check with Vapor Nation first to see if they are distributing to the seller, as they may take care of the situation without 7th Floor having to step in.
