What is my wand size?

Here is a link to see all the wands that Elev8 makes for their desktop vaporizers

Do Ruby and Sapphire have a higher melting point than Quartz

Yes, they are also harder than quartz glass.

Do any of the torches at the studio get hot enough to work quartz?

GTT torches will get hot enough to work quartz, but the issue is the bloom and the ability to remove it.  One needs acid to remove the bloom, so this is not the focus of Elev8 Premier

What is the hardest glass blowing technique that you had to learn? Does it still give you trouble, what came easy and why?

Heat base is the hardest to learn.  Each color has a different base.  The more you are on the torch, with more colors, the easier it becomes.

can we repair marbles with small chip/cracks?

Anything is possible.  There can be scars, and if we remove the scar, it can cause maybe some part of the image to get messy, if outside work.  We can only do borosilicate marbles.  This is our typical repair charge.

Do we cold cut the joints for the pimp cap to make them fit or do we use the torch and felt it down enough and flatten it?

Most pimp caps made by Elev8 Premier are made on a 10mm rod.  The rod is ground down to be a perfect 10mm joint.

can the heating element in ssv get larger? or are we at capacity on size ? tryna take big globs

The heating element is the perfect V8 machine for the SSV.   Adjusting a heater size would effect the entire design.  One would turn the heat up, if they wanted bigger faster hits, but less is more.

How can we market the surfer to people who live in cars/vnas/RVs, that want a home vaporizer?

All marketing for a vaporizer is hard due to e-cigs.  The best thing is to recommend the SSV to every person that comes in the store.  Transition using the GQPC method

would rubys in an elev8r heating element enhance the hit?

YES, but the intake hole could be a problem with rubies falling out if they are too small.  This can be a hazard, so we do not recommend it.

Will adding more rubies to the baller cover make it overheat? Is there a certain ratio of space to volume to achieve the density we want?

You can adjust the number of rubies to your liking.  We feel filling it so that the cap can fit is perfect.  The more rubies (more mass), the more heat retention.
