The life expectancy of a heater in the SSV, DBV or Super Surfer should last around 3 years. We would love to say they last longer, as we have had heaters last up to 10+ years. Our heaters are made by Kyocera, the top ceramic manufacturer in the world.
A new heater can be purchased for only $25 and is super easy to install. Or you can send it to us, and we will install the heater for you, you just have to pay to ship both ways.
