- Make sure the unit is OFF before attempting any work. We recommend unplugging the unit from the wall to avoid a bump on the knob, turning the unit on
- Make sure the heater is 1/16″ to 1/8″ from the top of the heater cover
- Make sure the heater is centered and not touching the glass as the heater can fuse to the glass cracking the heater cover ann potentially damaging the heater.
We’re are not getting much to vape from our ss. When I removed the glass inside part I see it has a very slight crack. Would this be why?
A crack should not be that issue but is could break later. It more than likely is your heater is too low. Check out this video at about 2:52 it.
