Should I worry about my unit saying 230 VAC on the bottom, or the 250v it says on the power cord, if I ordered a unit that is 220v?

Basically these are all the same.  Depending on the way your country uses a transformer will dictate if you are at 200-260 volts.  220 and 240 are the most common voltages in the world.
