The Female Connectors I ordered do not fit inside of the Male connectors on my unit.

Units that are made around 2004-2009 , may have been wired with different connectors than we use now. Gently sand down the Female connectors with a piece of sandpaper. This should help fit the Female connector into the Male connector.
