We would have to say no. While it will give you a slightly longer air path that will allow the smoke to cool more, it is almost insignificant. If you want a smoother hit, move to a bubbler, mini rig or any water filter.
If you really want a smooth hit, upgrade to a Silver Surfer vaporizer. So much healthier and flavorful than smoking!
