The coconut oil has hardened within the tube and needs to be heated up to get out. Have the customer run tube under hot water or place into microwave between 5-10 seconds. This should heat up the oil enough to get plenty out. Explain to customer they only need a small amount, half a drop of oil to fully lubricate their mouthpiece
