Misc. (Miscellaneous) and clearance items come up as $0 when you ring them out. All you need to do is add the price in. Clearance items get no further discount. At the end of the night, you fill out a log and include all of the discounts you did for that day.
Misc.
When ringing out a misc. item:

Log into QuickBooks.

Go to make a sale. (Just like you would with any regular item)

Scan the item or type in the item number.

Under the price section it will say 0.00, change that to whatever price it says on the tag.

Then finish ringing the sale up as normal.
Clearance
Follow the same steps as above for misc. Items.
