This is usually yellow borosilicate frit. Yellow turns red when hot, and even hotter it will turn black.

Can faceting be done hot on the torch or is it only a cold work technique?
Mostly it is cold worked. One can do a really rough facet with heat by pressing, but it will never be so sharp as by hand on a lapping wheel

What do the larger balls do for the baller series?
The larger balls in the Baller Series heater offer a less restrictive air flow. The Super only comes with 6mm as the fan will not work with the 3mm.
Will the all glass aroma tops make a comeback/are they available for customs?
These are still available for people who ask. The reason we do not sell them standard any more is they are made from soft glass, and there is a chance that they could break
Will people be able to walk into the new shop ideally and have walk in liquid arts classes? Would we always have someone on standby?
No, while we may have a blower there at times, the classes have to be booked out in order to provide the best experience. In the future, there may be a way, but as it stands this will take more coordination between Premier and the new shop.
