The terp pearls with the terp typhoon are larger and they come with it because they are basically a free addition when you get the Terp Typhoon with the American or foreign marble. While they are larger, they tend to work well for 80% of the people that use them. If someone has weak lung power, this is a chance to show them smaller pearls.
There is no actual terp pearl. A terp pearl can be anything you put in your banger. There is no rule to the size, it is what one likes. Some like it larger some like is smaller.

How do you clean and clear the holes out of the terp typhoon?
The easiest way is to just heat up the banger and then inhale. Sometimes the oils as the banger is cooling flow up the walls and into the holes. Heating it up will help melt the oils and allow you to inhale.
Another idea that came our way from a user is that they inhale slightly when using the torch on it.
One can also use a small wire to put into the hole when it is warmed up, and then also inhale with the marble on top to make a vacuum in the banger
