NO, they have to have a card on permanent file. Just paying does not give us the authority to charge the card or even keep on file. THE REP needs to contact the customer to get the shipping payment. This can be done by creating an invoice in Authorize.net or calling the customer for a cc payment. The REP CAN add the cc to the database IF the customer allows. If not THE REP needs to call every time to get payment.

In reality, this comes down to what you like. Do you like a nice, cool and smooth hit? If so a low temperature is the way to go. If you like it hard and heavy, well more heat will help with that.
428 would be the perfect temp as all cannabinoids are vaporized at that temperature. We feel 450-500 is good. Remember the temperature reading is not perfect and is only measuring a thermister in the actual heating element.

In reality, it is not really a color-changing pipe. Gold and silver is used to fume the glass. The fumed silver and gold is very thin. The black background allows the light to reflect and refract through the precious metals.

Glass needs to be clean when it comes in for repair because it is not the glassblower’s job to clean the glass of a dirty consumer. If the customer does not have the pride or respect to clean their piece we can not help them.
Dirty glass will cause it to melt very badly during the repair, and since we know this, we will not repair the dirty glass.
Also, who would bring in their piece filled with germs and dirt to anyone they would ask help for.

We have found that Alcohol as pretty safe for silicone cannabis products. Most glass cleaners will be fine with silicone
