How do artist such as Liberty Glass do such deep sandblasting on the pieces?

using a lot of time.  They use a thick vinyl to lay the images on the glass and then sandblast them or Graal them.    It can take up to 30-60 minutes to cut deep into the glass.  This is a type of cold working.

Is it possible to stack multiple layers of dichro on top of each other? (i.e. layer of dichro, layer of clear glass, layer of dichro, etc.)

yep, anything like this is possible.  It would give some good depth into the glass for sure.  Many times a blower will layer dichro over color, but dichro can be lain on top of dichro for sure.  

Is the color opaline just silver fumed glass? What makes it different than a silver fumed rod?

What colors are used to make the wood grain look when sandblasted? Are striking colors used?

Yes, many times a striking color like double amber purple, butterscotch and other similar colors are used.  They are then paired with blacks and browns.  The wood grain is usually a trade secret to the blower and how they mix it.

What type of bowl/slide is the best for airflow when using your waterpipe?

The bowl with the largest hole or holes in it. A bowl with a clean screen. Our diffused bowls are some of the best for airflow. Instead of a single hole there is a built-in screen with multiple holes meaning more airflow. This allows you to burn your herb quicker.
