what is the process for an out of state customer placing a custom order in store

You can always refer to Custom Glass.  But we want you to give the customer the best service, and take the money in this store.

1. Find out their budget.
2. Take their info
3. Find out what they are looking for with images that they can refer you too.
4. After you have the info you should contact Jeff and see if you can get it done with what you have.  If you can not, then you can ask Jeff to call them and help.  You will need to make a custom glass card in trello for this.
5. Call them and confirm it can be done and collect 1/2 the money up front.  When done you can collect the remaining money.  This is usually always done Paypal.
