Fedex Ship Manager will not be able to process shipments to certain locations like the British Virgin Islands even though there are FedEx facilities there. Usually, these are destinations that have unusual infrastructure. Sometimes when this happens you can ship the package through Fedex.com’s “Create a Shipment” tool, this is an alternate method for shipping Fedex packages. If this does not work then Fedex does not service the destination area and you will need to explore alternate shipping methods like UPS or USPS.
