If a customer chooses Route Insurance on an order that ships as a stamped envelope, we need to inform the customer that they will have to step up to a shipping method that includes Tracking for the shipment.
If the customer does not want to pay the additional cost for shipping, they can remove the route coverage on the order and we can refund them the cost.
