A waterpipe is put together in sections. Perc are very hard to repair because once the glass is closed, it is really too hard to get inside. If you get inside the tube is ruined, so you need a new tube. Too much to break, too much to mess up.
Soaking overnight in a Super Soaker is a nice way to clean a ceramic banger. The issue sometimes is that a ceramic banger is porous and will absorb the oils, making it look dirty, but they call this seasoning. Get a quartz banger, it’s the best.
This is not possible. Glass is as strong as steel, but also very weak. This is the unique quality of glass. If you want glass not to break, go with plastic, rubber or silicon. But it’s not glass

Yes and no. The sandblasting can and does cause some stress in the glass. Usually, this is not a big deal and will cause no issues. But the blower can anneal the glass after it is blasted to relieve the stress making it fully stress-free again.

This is to help protect you from getting burned. The tip gets really really hot, and one small touch is a nasty burn. The guard will still get hot though, just not as hot.
