I have a wholesale customer that has a PID from our enail or Elev8r kit that is bad. What do I do?

Home Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Wholesale I have a wholesale customer that has a PID from our enail or Elev8r kit that is bad. What do I do?
If you have the PID in stock and are returning for replacement please follow these steps.
1. Email your representative with the amount you are needing to return.
2. Remove PID Box from the storage box.
3. Leave all the glass and cords in the storage box. (or wherever you store them)
4. Package the PID box only to be shipped to us.
5. International customers will purchase the shipping label and provide us that cost for refund.
6. American customers will receive a label from the warehouse or can provide a cost for refund.
7. Once tracking on replacement starts moving towards us we will send out the replacement PID.
You will NOT need to wait for your shipment to reach us before your replacement is shipped.
If you have sold the PID and your customer needs a replacement please follow these steps.
1. Send an email to your customers that have purchased this item ( or wait for them to contact you) explaining the situation.
2. International customers can exchange for their customer and do the return process with the rep when there are enough to ship or follow step 3.
