The puffco Peak uses a heater to heat up the chamber. When you put your oils in they will vaporize from the heat. This is a unique device in that it is basically a vape pen like the Wax Maxer with a built-in water filter. The carb cap is used to help the airflow over the oils to better vaporize them.
