Do UV and CFL glass work differently than basic color or clear?

No, all glass works the same, even UV and CFL.  There is no such thing as CFL, this is a bad term and is actually referring to FLORESCENT light.  All colors work differently than clear because of the minerals added.  This affects the viscosity of the glass.
