If you tighten the heater too tight, this can cause an issue. Unscrew it just a little.

This really depends on how you like your dabs. We recommend using the cold start method to get the best flavor and most efficient hit.
Where do I find my bingo card?
Only you have access to your bingo card. Once you make it you need to save the URL of the card. This URL is good for the life of the Elev8 Bingo games. This is great because each time we start a new game, all you have to do is pull up that URL and your card will be ready for the new game.
If you lose your URL, you can DM Elev8 Ambassador with your email and they can get you the link for your card.

Who pays shipping for the marbles traded in for the program?
The end customer is responsible for shipping the marbles back to us. When used for trade their order will not ship from our facility until we have received the trade-in marbles. The customer is also responsible for any shipping to them. The best way to save on shipping at Elev8 is to place an order over $100 retail.
Wholesale customers are always responsible for their shipping charges.

If I use store credit can I still use a coupon?
Yes as long as the item is not already on sale.
Can I stack coupons on the retail site?
