The idea is to be educated.  Most all the minerals in colored glass come from China.

Trautman went to China long a go to teach them colored glass.  This is where his cullet came from. Northstar also now uses some China cullet as they now own Trautman art glass.  Greasy glass also uses China cullet

What makes it bad, nothing if it is stable.  That is what matters.  All China colors are very stable, expect China black.  That is never used by a good blower.

Millies start out from a nickel to very large.  Many times a component is made that is then put into another millie.  They can be pulled down to any size, but the smaller the size, the more images you will get.

While it is possible, it is not something we have done yet.  Yes, the bass could be drilled to use screws to hold it on.  Maybe one day a cold glass worker will want to take this challenge on

Yes, the beads have mass that will transfer the cool to the water and then to the smoke or vapor.  You can also use a vapor tamer by Elev8 to cool your smoke or vapor

 

No, the glass can handle this no problem.  The heater gently warms the glass as it is not touching the glass.
