When a customer makes an error on their mailing address, what is the procedure to correct the situation?
If the customer made the mistake, it is up to them to pay for any change of delivery address charges. We can contact the shipping carrier to see what can be done to make the correction. If the package was already delivered, and the package was not returned to us, it is on the customer to order again with the correct address, since it was their error in the first place.

This really depends on the torch one is using. We suggest starting with 15 seconds if not enough add more until it starts to work. Once you figure out that it took 2 more reheats of 10 seconds, next time from a cold start, try 30 seconds.
Do not overheat when you have dry herbs as it can combust.

What size screens would a Vapor Tamer take?
Vapor Tamers are used with a 15.8mm screen when used with an LSV. The ground glass joint is an older style that what we currently have, so the larger screen fits well.
