Here is a sample of a good way to upsell a sale from an email.
- Make the customer’s life easy. Include links when possible
- Show them what is a benefit and what is a feature of that benefit
I came upon a customer asking for 1 of each banger to start with and if they like them they will order more. They already have other items on the order. When I email back to verify the order, I always put another item I would like them to see in the email. This is what happened with the bangers and now we are at this point.
You may use this as an example or copy and paste if you like. However, this is a way I upsell through email.
