NO, once the order is submitted you can not retro a refund. You must cancel the order and reorder with a coupon code. We have a sheet of refunds due to this and I believe we should not offer this service.

The customer usually knows what they want, you can upsell but never make them question their purchases.
The order put in will be what is packed. If a customer puts in an order of say a large amount of 1 color, but we offer many, it might be wise to ask the customer if they meant all one color or if they would like a random pack.

Check out with the no shipping/free shipping option and choose check payment.
Once an order is processed for shipping, the quote will be added to Elev8.one and the rep will contact you for payment. If you have a card on file we can charge that or create an invoice for payment.
What are the ways to provide my customer a draft for approval before it is printed for shipping?
Create an order in Elev8 one and send a link.
Create draft order in Big C and send customer link.
They can then tell you and approve or checkout with the link provided.
