In this video you will see how to change a contact in Elev8 one that is used to connect an account. The contact is what Big C uses for the order so the customer must be the same email as the account buyer or owner
I have a wholesale customer that has a PID from our enail or Elev8r kit that is bad. What do I do?
If you have the PID in stock and are returning for replacement please follow these steps.
1. Email your representative with the amount you are needing to return.
2. Remove PID Box from the storage box.
3. Leave all the glass and cords in the storage box. (or wherever you store them)
4. Package the PID box only to be shipped to us.
5. International customers will purchase the shipping label and provide us that cost for refund.
6. American customers will receive a label from the warehouse or can provide a cost for refund.
7. Once tracking on replacement starts moving towards us we will send out the replacement PID.
You will NOT need to wait for your shipment to reach us before your replacement is shipped.
If you have sold the PID and your customer needs a replacement please follow these steps.
1. Send an email to your customers that have purchased this item ( or wait for them to contact you) explaining the situation.
2. International customers can exchange for their customer and do the return process with the rep when there are enough to ship or follow step 3.

How do I pull up the sales history of an account? This will aid when getting reorders and knowing what to pitch or not to pitch.
The best way to see sales history is from your Elev8.one Account. Every time an order is completed the rep should upload the PDF of the order.
Another way to see your customer’s order is to log into Big C as your customer.
What are the Pro’s and con’s on the Carta vs the Puff co

Why do some glass colors cost more than other colors.
There are many factors to this.
- Origin of the color plays a large roll. Glass made in America costs more than glass made in China due to labor and material costs
- Minerals used in the color play a very big roll. Gold is not cheap
- The batch size plays a large roll also. The more they make it, the cheaper it can be made. So new colors are more expensive as it takes a new crucible just for that new color.

Should I ever worry about the pricing and labels in elev8 one? Most pricing is old pricing for WRS but this one says super 2 and has old ssv wrs pricing.
The price that is in Elev8 one is a placeholder and may reflect an old price. When the cart is made for the customer, the customer will get the price that they are set up for being wholesale or dropship pricing.
Can someone buy a Elev8 peice with the phonix oath a replace it with a higher value peice or does it have to be equal value.
Great question, well as an owner of both an Elev8 rig and the Phoenix oath, yes. If something breaks that person can upgrade their piece to a new piece of higher value. Of course, they would be paying the Phoenix Oath price of the new piece.
