If you are using the Simply Soluble shower steamers as a soak, you can either plug your drain and let them soak fo1 about 10 minutes.
Or you can put 1/2 to 1 puck in a foot soak bath and let soak as long as you like. The longer the better. In a small container like a foot soak, the CBD is more saturated.
