Since we use pearls to disperse dab puddles, would a more propeller shaped item be more efficient in displacing that puddle?

The goal is to move the oils around the dish so they stay hot and vaporize.  Really all one needs is a good carb cap to move the oils around the dish.  Terp pearls are for fun and adding a little more mass.
