What is the time frame for shipping on Wholesale orders?

We aim for 100% accuracy and a quick turnaround.  However, we aim for 7-10 days for most however custom items can take longer. Your rep will be updated through our CRM as the order is processed.

My wholesale customer does not like the way the Super is hitting, can they exchange it for a Silver Surfer?

If the unit is used we can not take it back.   We can take it back with a restocking fee of 15% and another cleaning fee of 20%, so we can take it back but they will receive 65% in credits. If the unit has not been used they can for sure send it back …

Realistically how long would a 100 bath bomb order take make for a wholesale order?

This can be done in about 2 days with a full time person. How many bath bombs can be made in a day? With our current staff and standard workload we can do about 30 bath bombs a day

When we get a DBV, SSV or any Elev8 vaporizer returned because it won’t heat up properly, do we fix it and send it back or send back a new one all together?

Typically if this is the very end user we will fix the unit so the shop owners can do what they do best. For DOA units RMA process you can see here Refer to the RMA policy for end-users
