Millies can be made in a few ways.  Just layering is one way, and stringer stack is another.  These two ways can even be combined.

Marbling can for sure be done on top of the butter.  The butter would give a great background and depth

Bubble trap will actually trap a bubble in the glass.  Honeycomb is when glass is blown super thin, then a color, usually clear is add and then recondensed.

How do they make UV reactive glass?

This all comes down to the minerals they put in the UV reactive glass.  Many of the minerals used are of a trade secret.

Why are glass colors that are essentially the same named differently? (i.e Lucy, and Pink Flamingo or green stardust and paparazzi)

Electroformed pieces can be very costly, is this because of the materials used or the process itself

This is mostly because of the time it takes to electroform a piece of glass.  The materials are common and easy to obtain, but time is what takes a lot.

How do glass blower create bubble trap in the glass?

The blower can put a dimple in the glass and then put a dot on top to trap the air for bubble trap.  Or the blower can roll a tube on a surface that will put indentions in the glass.  When the glass tube is sleeved it will have air trapped in the indentions.
