Can I add the Phoenix Oath GRP to an ELEV8 piece after purchase?

It is best to purchase the plan at time of sale OR within 7 days of purchase.  After 7 days you can not add the Phonex Oath to your Elev8 glass

Can I add the Phoenix Oath GRP to any ELEV8 pieces?

All Elev8 Glass, Dab Bats and Elev8 Bangers are elegble. Elev8 Premier is not workable for the Phoenix Oath.

what kind of glass breakage can we not fix?

We can not fix soft glass. This really depends on the glass artist and their skillset.  Elev8 Premier has some of the most talented glassblowers, so if they say it can not be fixed, it may not be able to. Send us a picture at customercare@elev8distribution.com and we can have a blower look at it.

Which matters more for heat retention? thickness of quartz or quality of quartz?

Mass is what it all comes down to.  Quartz is quartz unless it is some kind of crap.  Elev8 only uses the highest quality of quartz in the quartz they use to manufacture parts.

Does elev8 have a favorite glass artist outside of the company?

No, each artist is unique for what they do.  Each person that works at Elev8 has an opinion on who they like, but feel free to see all the artists we work with and see who you like best.
