When you are starting to work in Big Commerce, the first step is to request a username to log into Big Commerce.
If you are starting out from the Elev8 Ambassador side you should have already setup an email associated with Elev8, such as Elev8.(First name)@gmail.com or (First name).elev8@gmail.com.
Please send an email to either Adamn@7thfloorvapes.com or if Adam is out of the office Steve@7thfloorvapes.com
They will create the username and you will receive a confirmation from Big Commerce once it is setup to create your password.
Once that is done you will be able to create manual orders, process orders, and discuss existing orders with customers.
If you have lost your password, your email address setup with the account will receive the reset links.
Big Commerce will require you to change your password every 3 months.
