Repair Diagnostic for SSV, DBV SUP and LSV

When a unit comes in for repair we want the unit to go out working like new, as well as looking as new as possible.

1. Read the trello card in Vape Repairs Board and see what the customer says is wrong
   1. Document the unit with images and what you see to be wrong in the trello
2. Check the dimmer
3. Check the heater
4. Check the weld on the disc
5. Check the power cord for any frays or wear by the housing and the plug.
6. Whip unit down
