We can not fix soft glass. This really depends on the glass artist and their skillset. Elev8 Premier has some of the most talented glassblowers, so if they say it can not be fixed, it may not be able to. Send us a picture at customercare@elev8distribution.com and we can have a blower look at it.

We find coconut oil to be the best as it is anti microbial and is natural. If you are allergic to it, you must use something that you are not allergic to. You can use any lubricant that you feel works best for you.
