No you can not because of the COE of the moonstoon and Boro. They must be the same.
This can only be done with a stone that has the same COE as boro. Or one can push a hole or dent in the glass and then epoxy the stone in the glass.
Soft glass can not be cooled and reheated like borosilicate glass. Therefore, if it is reheated it can crack or explode. This is based on the COE of the glass and it expands way more than boro
