How do I keep my cart from expiring? I am a wholesale customer and add things as needed until I have a big enough order to satisfy my store.
After time the cart will expire as to not hold inventory out of the system. The customer does need to place the order if they are making one.
My PID for the ELEV8r is not getting hot
This can be either an issue of the PID or the heater. If you have access to another PID, test the heater in it. If it has the same error, the issue is the heater.
If the issue is solved, it was the PID that is bad. Please contact customer service for help.
As you can see this is set at 700 and the heater will not pass 177 after 5 minutes.
Do we offer COD, if so how is that processed?
No, Elev8 Distribution does not offer COD. The best way for a customer to pay later is with their credit card.
What is the difference between joints and cones?
Joints and cones are pretty much the same things other than the shape, and how they are made by YOU.
A joint is made with a paper that you roll yourself. Learn to roll a joint with and without a cruch
A cone is a paper that has been rolled for you and may oftentimes have a crush already installed. A cone is easier for a beginner to produce than a joint.
What should one do if their EOK is stuck?
If your dab dish gets stuck, how is it stuck?
Sometimes the quartz dab dish will get stuck in the boro adapter. If this happens, LEAVE it. Over time and use the joint gets pushed really hard into the other joint. At this point, you can clean the two parts together.
You can clean both parts in a Super Soaker for ease.
How do you use Dark Crystal Cleaner for your bangers?
After use while the banger is still warm, but NOT hot, add about 10 drops of Dark Crystal to the banger. Use a Tidy Tip to clean out the residue.
What is the difference between bleached and unbleached rolling papers? which one is better?
This is a great question and we have found that NO bleach is actually used in this process. This is just a term.
DO NOT USE novelty papers. These have all kinds of inks and are just shit.
Zig-Zag white papers use an oxygenation process that leaves no residue of any kind on the paper. There is no “bleach” or chlorine used in the whitening process. “Unbleached” simply means the papers skip this step which means the paper has that natural hue of the fibers versus a classic white look
How do you make a waterpipe with metallic gold coating? What is the coating?
One can use gold to fume it onto the glass. To get the gold and make it stick to the glass, the blower must first fume it with silver. The silver has better adhesion to the glass.
Some glass has gold foil applied to the glass. This is not borosilicate glass, as boro needs to get too hot and the gold will burn off.

What is the most efficient way to clean glass that has been consumed out of?
The most efficient way to clean glass is clean it after each use. This does seem like it takes more time, but in the long run, it will keep your glass clean, and will not be a pain in the ass to clean later.
If you have a pipe, banger, or another small glass piece, the Super Soaker is a great way to keep your glass nice and clean.
If you use a cleaner to clean your glass, it is VERY important that you rinse it before use.
