Units that are made around 2004-2009 , may have been wired with different connectors than we use now. Gently sand down the Female connectors with a piece of sandpaper. This should help fit the Female connector into the Male connector.

Confirm whether or not dimmer light is turning on. If it is, confirm whether or not heater is heating up, and turning orange. If light doesn’t come on, confirm outlet unit is plugged into is working. Make sure if they are running on 120 volts that they do not have a 220 volt unit. 220 volt units on 110 volts will cause the vaporizer to run at half temp.
Sidekick is shutting down with fully charged batteries during heat up cycle
Offer battery replacement since bad batteries seem to be the issue.
This is more than likely that the internal resistance has gotten to be to high and the SideKick will turn off to protect itself

My coil/hose will not fit into my wand?
If the customer is having a hard time fitting the coil/hose into the wand suggest to them to use water. DO NOT USE COCONUT OIL to lubricate the wand or hose! Just use warm tape water and get the end of the tubing just a little wet. The warm water will soften the tubing and the water will be a lubricant so the tubing slips in more easily. When the water dries it will stick good to the glass
