You will get a much better hit if you have a lighter, slower draw speed. This allows the heater to vaporize your concentrates properly without getting blasted with air cooling it off immediately. We also recommend loading it with smaller dabs, you can always load another one!

A hollowfoot piece is a waterpipe or rig where the base is open on the inside to allow water to fill the base. Typically a bell or puck shape, these pieces allow a higher volume of water to be in the piece, some claim it helps with stability and the higher volume of water helps cool the smoke more.

How should I clean my screen on my sidekick?
Use the hard bristle cleaning brush to brush all the duff off your screen. It will still be sticky so I find using an alcohol pad and wiping it down works the best to get it nice and shiny again. Wipe down with a paper towel to ensure that no alcohol is left behind. Now your screen is clean and ready to use!
Why did my aroma top crack?
The main thing that will cause this to happen is switching from dumping out a wax melt and adding an oil that is cold to the hot aroma top.
NEVER ADD COOL OR COLD OILS TO YOUR AROMA TOP WHEN IT IS HOT
We recommend to always add wax to your aroma top and then add some oils to the melted wax. The wax will absorb the coolness of the oils keeping the aroma top safe.
Does boro take longer to heat up than quartz?
They take about the same time. The biggest impact on how long it takes to heat up is how thick the glass is. Be careful with boro as it can crack if you over heat it and let it cool too fast. We always recommend quartz for dabbing with a torch.
Can you fail a drug test from smoking cbd flower or cbd cigs?
There is a potential that it can happen if there is even a little THC in the flower. If you want to never fail a test, it is recommended to use a distillate as it is pure CBD
Is there a way to make covers for the silver surfer?
We do not recommend to cover your surfer as it is designed to be left on 24/7 using the aroma top.
But, if you want to change the look of your surfer you can absolutely do that by putting a sticker on the housing. If you want to remove the sticker later you can do that easily and with a little alcohol, the sticky will come right off.
If you have a unit and you really want to change the look, you can get new housing to replace the housing of your unit. We are happy to do that for you if you send it into us for only $10 to cover labor. You will also have to purchase a new housing and they can vary in price. How many watts are the standard Wax Maxer battery set at? (currently at the perfect hit)
We feel about 10-15 watts gives the perfect hit for the wax maxer pro. Only you know what your perfect hit is though, some like it light and tasty, some like it heavy and oily.
Our battery changes the volts, which the watts also change as the volts change, but as the heater gets warm, the resistance of the heater changes. This causes the wattage to change, so we use a steady voltage.
