Bubble trap will actually trap a bubble in the glass. Honeycomb is when glass is blown super thin, then a color, usually clear is add and then recondensed.

Why are glass colors that are essentially the same named differently? (i.e Lucy, and Pink Flamingo or green stardust and paparazzi)
Each color company names their unique color what they want. So for instance Paparazzi is green sparkle and comes from Glass Alchemy, while Stardust is a blue sparkle and comes from Trautman Art Glass. If you make the color, you get to name it what you want. Sometimes the name indicates the color. For instance, paparazzi is about photos of celebrities, they make a lot of money, and money is green. The photos taken sometimes have a flash, this is the sparkle. Have fun in life!
Electroformed pieces can be very costly, is this because of the materials used or the process itself
This is mostly because of the time it takes to electroform a piece of glass. The materials are common and easy to obtain, but time is what takes a lot.
How do glass blower create bubble trap in the glass?
The blower can put a dimple in the glass and then put a dot on top to trap the air for bubble trap. Or the blower can roll a tube on a surface that will put indentions in the glass. When the glass tube is sleeved it will have air trapped in the indentions.

Of course, Butter Color glass is some of the highest quality glass there is. Elev8 Premier only does the best they can. Just because something starts with China backing, but has American color also, oh and is sleeved in German clear does not make it bad. This CHINA is bad is NOT a good thing. China’s communist government is horrible, but the people are just like us.
