What is the difference in the HFA FOR SSV AND SUP
Currently, the SSV and SUP use the same HFA. In the past, the SSV was a bit smaller due to the fact that it was made for the original wand. Then when we moved up to the new spherical that worked too.
The SUP advanced to the spherical flavor disc wand which was made from larger tubing stock. Over time, the SSV made the transition to the larger spherical flavor disk wand.

What is a downstem, and its purpose and the difference between a natural downstem and not natural.
A downstem is the piece of glass you put in the bong that allows the smoke to travel thru the water. Going through the water helps to cool and filter the smoke.
What are your retail shipping time frames?
For items in stock we aim for a 2 day timeframe. While we wish we could do what Amazon does, we are a small shop and many of our items are customizable and require a little more time and attention. Custom glass can take up to 3 weeks to be produced.
What is the time frame for shipping on Wholesale orders?
We aim for 100% accuracy and a quick turnaround. However, we aim for 7-10 days for most however custom items can take longer. Your rep will be updated through our CRM as the order is processed.
My wholesale customer does not like the way the Super is hitting, can they exchange it for a Silver Surfer?
If the unit is used we can not take it back. We can take it back with a restocking fee of 15% and another cleaning fee of 20%, so we can take it back but they will receive 65% in credits.
If the unit has not been used they can for sure send it back and when we get it back we will give them the credit.

How is it that our flavor discs only need a regular lighter and not a torch? How do you use it correctly? Better than a healthstone
The flavor disc only needs a lighter as it produces enough heat to vaporizer oils. Our flavor disc is made with a lot of surface area but little mass. This allows the flavor disc to get hot fast.
To use the flavor disc all you need to do is lay it in your pipe, or a flavor disc pipe with no carb. Add a dab of concentrates and hit it like you would a bowl. WELL, kinda. You only need to like tap the disc with the lighter, too much will be very big hit, so less is more.
