Ensuring these are tested now ensures a smooth experience and saves time.
- Start by making sure you are area is clear and clean. Make sure you have the proper vaporizer out that you are testing the heater covers on, also having the aroma top available for testing that matches that vaporizer.
- Inspect the heater cover for cracks or serious issues.
- Pull up the heater if it is not all the way up, also making sure that it is centered.
- Push on the heater cover with the heater centered. On 6mm heaters, you must be careful not to get the heater in any other hole, but the center. You will push and twist to get the heater all the way to the bottom, touching the screws.
- Fill with apporoate size rubies. You will fill so that the heater cover is full. This will be the amount of rubies the kit will take. If there are left overs (and there always is) you will remove all rubies except 3 6mm or 8 3mm rubies. Set this bag aside.
- Make sure that the balls do not fall out of the heater cover through there ground glass part.
- Put on the round ball cap. Then set the appropriate aroma top on top of the vaporizer. If the aroma top does not touch, you are good. If it does touch, you will want to test with a flattened ball cap, if it fits, you are good to go! If not, mark the bottom with marker that it is too long and get to glass team.
- Put the wand up to the heater cover and test with the HFA. You may need to adjust to make it work. If it is good, you are good to go! If it does not work, mark it that it is too long on the ground glass part and get it to the glass team.
- Now that the heater cover has been tested and filled with rubies, you will want to dump the rubies back in that bag with the proper extra rubies. Take a bag and put the heater cover, bag of rubies, properly fitted ball cap in a bag.
- If this is for the production line, you will also want to add a pink or green slip, preferably pink and a baller heater cover instruction QR sticker.
