Duties to run the store and grow it

• Open and close
  • Making a sale
    • Taking custom order
  • Making a refund
  • Sales of glass on the website
• Run Trello for shops
  • Shop Lists
  • Monitor Trello cards for open and close checklists
• Hire new employees
  • Train Staff
  • Give them Guide to Success and go over their job
  • Have them take Elev8 University
  • Go over our loyalty program
  • Go over Elev8 Ambassadors program
    • Ambassador Discounts
  • Go over commissions
    • Add to trello
    • Doing Payroll
• Ordering
  • Any new glass has images taken of it and is put on the site for more exposure over $200
  • Count inventory
• Add glass to the website that is over the $200 mark
• Daily email
  • Send a daily email that states the sales.  More importantly what was accomplished throughout the day.  What were the problems and what can we do to grow using sales and efficiencies.
• Marketing
  • Posting to our social networks
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
  • Set up at local events with Elev8 Ambassadors
• Making sales using GQPC
