Start by going to File a Claim
- Login to the FedEx account, locate the username and password or ask Steve or Adam to provide it to you.
- Once logged in Copy the Tracking number for the shipment.
- Below that is a drop down box for all the different claim types, choose the one that fits the situation best. (The only claim type this doesn’t cover is the guaranteed services refund.)
- Click Continue, the next screen is a statement showing the claim filer must be the shipper of the package, which we are, press Continue.
- Fill in the remaining information, regarding the shipper’s information, as well as the receivers, and proof of value for the items contained in the shipment, usually this just requires a PDF of the sales receipt.
