Filing a FedEx Lost Package or Damage Claim

Start by going to File a Claim

  1. Login to the FedEx account, locate the username and password or ask Steve or Adam to provide it to you.
  2. Once logged in Copy the Tracking number for the shipment.
  3. Below that is a drop down box for all the different claim types, choose the one that fits the situation best. (The only claim type this doesn’t cover is the guaranteed services refund.)
  4. Click Continue, the next screen is a statement showing the claim filer must be the shipper of the package, which we are, press Continue.
  5. Fill in the remaining information, regarding the shipper’s information, as well as the receivers, and proof of value for the items contained in the shipment, usually this just requires a PDF of the sales receipt.
