These are the minimum we should have on hand for each item listed. If stock is low for a glass item, place an order on Trello to replenish. If stock is low on kits, build more in any downtime through the week/day.

Ready to Stamp
Change the date on the stamp: 
If you need to re-ink your stamp:

1. Stamp order avoiding printed numbers.
2. Ask yourself if you need to highlight the shipping method.

READ ITEMS TO YOURSELF OUTLOUD. This helps with learning and product recognition. It will decrease errors.
3. Count all line items highlighting or underlining important information

4. Highlight all items for production so they can see all items on their pick list

1. 1. All china rigs come with an option for a cone bowl or a clear water pipe adapter. (do not forget this)
   2. Aroma tops count as follows: SSV&SUP include base and dish for a count of 1/2. DBV come with dish and  which count as 1/2.
   3. Devices count as 1, ONLY add-ons increase count.
   4. Add-ons to units are counted as individual parts if a pair (I.e. SKV1 addon 18350 Batteries 1-2)
   5. Add +2, marketing material to retail orders. DO NOT add these to wholesale or dropship orders.  
   6. Place final count near top of order. Packer will use this number to verify that all items are packed in order.
   7. CIRCLE AND HIGHLIGHT ALL SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS or notes!

   8. Place order in proper location.
      Ready to pick will include in order
      USPS Priority, USPS Ground/ First Class, FREE SHIPPING, In Store Pick up, Fed-ex, UPS, One for Vaporizers (Give these to the production guy),Needs Attention
      Move all stamped orders to either Production, Ready to Pick or Needs Attention
